Our clients appreciate that our specialists become honorary advocate and representative of their respective organizations.  From time to time, they would call on our specialists to discuss current staffing challenges they are facing.

To decrease the risks of disruptions and as a precaution, clients would discreetly ask our specialists to start identifying potential talent if they sense that someone would be leaving.

WE CONNECT WITH TALENT ON AN ON-GOING BASIS

With minimal urgency and pressure, our specialists would tap on existing list of potential candidates to get a feel on their interest level and how motivated they are to move to another organization.

Overall, clients are fully aware of their staffing needs, challenges, and issues that would hinder growth and disrupt coherent work environment.

As a recruitment firm, we exist because our clients require exceptional talent that would help them compete in their respective industries.

EMOTIONAL UNDERTAKING

We understand that facing turnover issues and other underlying staffing challenges could be an emotional undertaking to any of our clients. However, if they are not addressed properly, it can be very disruptive and may cause animosity and interpersonal confrontation among the team members.

It is part of our service that we become sounding boards to many of our clients and we make sure that we keep things confidentially. We help them by simply listening, and we steer the meeting to a brainstorming conversation.

We noticed that if you speak with them long enough and with no judgement, they will eventually start telling you the solutions to their staffing challenges.

THE GOAL IS TO CREATE A NON-THREATENING CONVERSATIONS

For those times when clients do not necessarily know what they want, we engage them in a dialogue.

The dialogues are designed to create non-threatening conversations. During these consultative meetings, we assure our clients that it is safe for them to voice out their hiring frustrations and work problems.

By maintaining strict confidentiality on our part, our executive recruiters are able to gain our clients’ trusts by asking appropriate questions and provide scenarios designed to help clients identify pertinent requirements and recruitment criteria, while understanding our clients’ core business environment and challenges.
